Herb Farm Okabe
August, 2017

Herbs are popular mostly among women.
Do you know the existence of a small herb farm in your vicinity?
The name of the herb farm is "Herb Farm Okabe" (The owner is Ms Kikue Okabe.)
It is located in Okubo-cho, near the Kashima shrine.
She opened it 19 years ago, and hung out a signboard belatedly 5 years ago.

The concept of Herb Farm Okabe is making health, happiness and circles of people through herbs.
We can have lunch using herbs in a cozy atmosphere. (up to 12 persons a day.)
We can also experience several classes such as picking lavenders, making lavender sticks, making wreaths of flavor, indigo dyeing and making herb soaps. (Telephone appointments are necessary.)
She started the farm with the idea of making local people enjoy local herbs.
Why don't you visit Herb Farm Okabe sometime soon?
