 History of the company: Four personnel who had hoped to design, manufacture, and sell includig after-service of industrial equipment of enviloment-freindly started the company in June, 2002. Their aim was to develop and to provide equipment to the society based on their creative ideas. |

| Fields of business: Medicine production equipment, Liquid crystal fabrication equipment, Semiconductor fabrication equipment, Fabrication of equipment and parts for refrigerators and glove boxes. (1) Physico-chemical equipment and environmental equipment Microchannel emulsification equipment, ball type tube cleaner and model of test equipment. (2) Wire connectors for industries Current ceramics connector, hermetic glass connector (round/rectangular) and special connector. (3) Engineering fabricated products Nonferrous castings, fine machining, special metal welding and name plates. |

| Main products: (1) Microchannel emulsion equipment This is equipment developed by cooperation with National Food Research Institute, National Agriculture and Food Research Organization. It can produce emulsion of uniform diameter in the range of 1 to 100μmm on demand. The products are complete sphere in shape and prohibit contamination by air. They form mild liquid films which are effective to prevent irregular reflection of light. The feature finds many applications for drug delivery system of medicine industries which aim direct transfer to affected organs. Medicine industry favors liquid crystals of uniform thickness which can be provided by the equipment. |

| (2) Ball type tube cleaning equipment Collaboration with Hitachi Setsubi Engineering Co., Ltd. produced ball type tube cleaning equipment for heat exchanger for turbo- and absorption-refrigerators. They use sponge balls with diameters a little larger than the inside diameters of tubes to remove scale and to minimize energy. They are used at semiconductor industries, hospitals and parts manufacturing industries. |

| Operations at the company The company plans, conducts engineering work for products and complete them by assembling at the shop. Materials and manufacturing are ordered to outside twenty to thirty industries. |

| Reporter's note The company located in Hitachi, Ibaraki has been active for developing original industrial equipment through industry-government-academy collaboration with Tsukuba University. Mr.Umino, president of the company, believes that providing unique products(“only one of products”) for customers is the way to keep small and medium industries running. Eight personnel of the company are eager to follow him. They are happy with customer satisfaction for their high quality and reliance of the products.
