History of the company: 1967: Mr.Kohichi Yumino started the business of Yumino Electrical Manufacturing at Ayukawa-cho, of Hitachi-shi. 1967: Started the business as a sub-vendor to Kokubu Works of Hitachi Co., Ltd. 1984: Founded Nichidensha Co.,Ltd. with the capital of five million 1988: Set an automatic layer cabling machine to automate cabling operation 1990: Moved the head office and shop to the present location of Higashi-kanesawa-cho, 1-12-15 of Hitachi shi from Ayukawa-cho 1995: Developed Safety Insulation Clips 1996: Developed through-type current transformers for low voltage(CUT-R) 2002: Started sales of Safety Test Probe Kits 2003: Recommended as a venture enterprise with high technology by Ibaraki Prefecture 2005: Started agent business for products of Multi-contact (Switzerland) 2005: Started agent business of Coway Brand products (water cleaner by reverse penetration) of Unjin-Japan Co. 2005: Qualified as ISO9001:2000

Technical features and characteristics of the company   The founder of the company started business to supply products to Kokubu Works of Hitachi Co., Ltd. Mr. H. Yumino, the present president succeeded to run the company. He saw wide and extreme changes of demands in the market. He understood that it was vital to have complete products designed and fabricated in the company. His basic idea is to supply products completed in the company, Nichidensha-brand products. The company has also products on parts basis such as Safety Insulation Clips qualified by large enterprises .It keeps sales of these products to special clients, not to large scale shops in open markets. This policy is to keep the manufacturing technology of the company with the present employee and to run the company in the society full of unexpected economical changes .The basic policy is to run the company within the sufficient scales of demands and capabilities. The company has twenty regular employees without any part-time worker. The president, one sales man, two design engineers and fabrication workers at shop do their own assignments in the company.   "Customer First" policy of the company guides the employees to seek high quality of the products and customer satisfaction .It was qualified ISO9001:2000 in the year 2005.
Business Policy and Message of President Yumino    Mr. Yumino succeeded his father as the president when he was in the third grade at a senior high school by the loss of his father. He learned the stern realities of life and business. He got the business and management policy through his experiences and keeps them in daily management.
