Technical features and outstanding characteristics of the company
The company started business in designing and extended to manufacturing backed by increasing customer satisfactions. Starting technical base was production of parts-Feeder machines. At first stage they were big, heavy and expensive. Engineers completed the present light and compact µ-series by unique and creative ideas. Thereafter they were successful to develop creative robots and new products based on the technology of µ-series machines, and the company is respected as a successful venture industry in the city.
The present statistical figures of sales are: 50% for automated machines, 30% for Parts-Feeders, and 20% for robot sliders.
The shop is divided for products. Aluminum alloy shapes for sliders are light and compact for quick and smooth handling for processing. Parts-Feeders are impressive to align direction of parts orientated randomly originally. Inspection machine for gears is very quick to detect damaged teeth within about five seconds per gear. The performances of these machines were marvelous for the reporters.

Business Policy and Message of President Kazuo Takahashi (Summary of interview)
    · Dedication to work with own visions and customer's satisfactions
    · Profits and efficient production go after complete fabrication technologies. Thus fabrication is done
       by themselves in-house.
   · The company aims to stand as an independent manufacturer, not as
       a subvender.
    · Create products by mixing "low-tech"(craftsmanship) based on hands-on
work and fabrication know-how and "high-tech" based on most
      advanced technologies.
   · The company, all of employees with high motivation and eagerness for
     higher skills

  (Message)
"As a fourth grader of an elementary school I had a dream to become
a president of a company. Now forty of us are on a happy way to
fabricate good products for the society. We hope to find chances to show our business performance and
our way of life to the society."
