Main products: Envelope: Various kinds and sizes of envelopes coping with business and personal matters are available as shown in the following pictures (a window envelope, a gummed envelope, shock-proof envelope, a stamped, self-addressed envelope etc.) Business cards: Various materials and processing are applied such as Kent paper, pastel color paper, Japanese paper, printing Logo mark, putting leaf by press procedure. Feature of the company: As shown in the companyfs trade mark, Hitachi factory manufacture the paper goods such as envelopes, business cards, postcards and greeting cards etc. with the concept of passing on the heartful mind from person to person. Since they are one of the members of the companies in Heart Group which has the consistent system from manufacture to sales, they can cope with customersf various demand such as a large quantity of orders, urgent orders, various or special kind of orders and orders of small lot. At the beginning, they have factories only in one place, i.e. in Yao-shi, Osaka. However, when they met the earthquake occurred in Hanshin/Awaji area, they decided dispersion to avoid risks and extended their business to Hitachi-shi which has the advantage in distribution by railroad, highway and marine transportation. This opening of the factory also produced good result of hiring nearly 200 local people. Hitachi factory is located near Hitachi-North Interchange and is a very modern facility surrounded by beautiful nature. Since it is built on the hill, you can overlook the Pacific Ocean. In the vast factory site, there is a ground for playing a softball as one of the welfare facilities for employees. All Heart Envelope Co. manufacture approx. 3000 kinds of envelopes in total. Here, in Hitachi factory, they manufacture envelopes of approx. 700 kinds and the quantity reaches more than million per month. All products having been inspected by a sensor, they are visually checked again with 100 sheets as one unit bearing in mind of the companyfs concept gPeople to People, Heart to Hearth. To cope with current material recycle society, they have a close relationship with paper manufacturing companies for maintenance of woods and good usage of cut-down woods and recycling of used papers. They also collect the poor quality goods and rubbish during manufacturing. They make efforts not to contaminate the environment by proper disposal processing. |
